If you are an HCLSoftware customer with an active software subscription, or an approved Business Partner, then you are invited to join the HCLSoftware Client Advocacy Program at no additional cost.
The program provides you with:
- an opportunity to discuss successes, challenges, and pain points of your company’s deployment and product usage
- a collaborative channel to management, support and development teams
- proactive communications on product news, updates, and related events/workshops
- more frequent touch points on roadmaps and opportunity to provide input on priorities
- facilitation of services engagements or support team as appropriate
