For Escalations

If you feel the need to escalate a case, use one or more of the options below:

Click the Escalation button on your existing support case within the Federal Customer Support Portal
Call the Federal Support Center and request to speak with the Team Lead or the Federal Support Center Manager.
Send an email to hclfederalsupport@hclgov.com with the word ESCALATION and the case number in the subject line.
